Working with the assistant

How to ask the Spice++ engineering agent for a circuit, and the three modes that decide how much it does on its own.

Asking

Open the assistant from the chat button in the top bar. Describe the circuit and, when you have one, the target: a cutoff frequency, a gain, a phase margin, a ripple. The assistant builds on the canvas through the same actions you would take, so you can stop it, edit what it did and continue.

Design an RC low-pass filter with a 1 kHz cutoff and verify the cutoff
Build an inverting amplifier with a gain of 10 and check it at 1 kHz
Why is my output clipping?

Modes

Agent: Acts straight away and asks only when it is genuinely blocked. The default.
Plan: Proposes the approach first and builds once you agree.
YOLO: Never asks. Fills every gap with a sensible default and finishes the task.
