Sharing
Share a Spice++ design by email or link, and choose what each person can do with it.
Roles
- Owner
- Edit, share and delete
- Editor
- Edit the schematic
- Commenter
- View and comment
- Viewer
- View only
Only the owner can change who has access or the link settings.
Inviting people
Open Share and add people by email with a role. Someone who already has access just changes role. Anyone else is given access the next time they sign in with that email address, once it is verified.
Invitations expire after 14 days.
Share links
Under General access, choose who can use the link: Restricted, Viewer, Commenter or Editor. Anyone signed in who opens the link joins at that role, and keeps a higher role if they already had one.
Changing the setting or switching the link to Restricted retires the old link immediately. People who already joined keep their access until the owner removes them.
